We started  Tarbox and Tarbox to fill a void.  Many 18^th century reenactors were looking for clothing and accessories that could be used in a refined and genteel setting. After considerable research in Museum and private collections we began the arduous task of digitizing the embroidery patterns. We started with ladies and men’s sleeves, ladies  fichus and aprons; next we added men's waistcoats and ladies silk ribbon garters. Our line of embroidery items will be expanding again soon and we hope you will visit our site often to see the new offerings.
